This pasta is a good option for children who do not like very spicy dishes. The cheese, prawns and milk add to the nutrition content of the dish.
Ingredients
01. Prawns (small) – ½ kg 02. Low fat milk – ½ l 03. Salt – ½ tsp 04. White pepper powder – 1 tsp 05. Margarine – 2 tbsp 06. Refined wheat flour (Maida) – 2 tbsp 07. Cheese (grated) – 4 tbsp 08. Pasta (cooked and drained) – 500 g
Preparation
01. Clean the prawns well. Apply a little salt on it, steam the prawns and keep aside. 02. Combine the milk, salt and pepper powder and heat gently. Melt the margarine in a pan on a low flame.
03. To this, add the refined wheat flour (Maida) and keep stirring continuously on a low flame so that lumps are not formed.
04. When all the milk has been added, add the prawns to the mixture and mix well. Let it cook for five minutes. 05. Add the cheese, and when it melts, remove the vessel from the flame. 06. Pour this sauce over the prepared pasta, sprinkle cheese over it and serve.
