| Ingredients |
01. White flour - 1 ½ cup |
| Preparation |
| 01. Pre heat oven to 350oF. 02. Combine the butter, brown sugar, sugar and crunchy peanut butter to a smooth paste. 03. Add the eggs one by one and mix well. 04. Sift the white flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and keep aside. 05. Fold in the flour mix with the butter paste and add the oats also. Mix well. 06. Place spoonfuls of the dough on an ungreased baking sheet. 07. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes till the cookies turn brown. 08. Cool and store in air tight containers. |
