Cherupuzha is a town in Kannur. It is the headquarters of the Cherupuzha Panchayat which is a special grade panchayat in Kerala. Tejaswini River, also called "kariankode puzha" in Malayalam, which is comparatively small among 44 rivers of Kerala, flows beside this town.

കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ ഒരു പട്ടണമാണ് ചെറുപുഴ. കേരളത്തിലെ സ്പെഷ്യൽ ഗ്രേഡ് പഞ്ചായത്തായ ചെറുപുഴ പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ ആസ്ഥാനമാണിത്. കേരളത്തിലെ 44 നദികളിൽ താരതമ്യേന ചെറുതായ തേജസ്വിനി നദി  ഈ പട്ടണത്തിനരികിലൂടെ ഒഴുകുന്നു.
