Tirurangadi is a municipal town in Malappuram district. It is a historic town famed for its active participation in the freedom struggle, especially those dating back to the 1920s. 

മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയിലെ ഒരു മുനിസിപ്പൽ പട്ടണമാണ് തിരൂരങ്ങാടി. തിരൂരങ്ങാടി ഒരു പ്രാദേശിക താലൂക്കായി വർത്തിക്കുന്നു, കോഴിക്കോട് നിന്ന് 30 കിലോമീറ്റർ തെക്കും എറണാകുളത്തിന് 140 കിലോമീറ്റർ വടക്കും സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു.
