ചവറ

Chavara is a village in Karunagappally taluk, Kollam district, Kerala, India. It is a part of Kollam Lok Sabha constituency. Chavara is situated on the shores of the Arabian sea and the major freshwater lake in Kerala, Ashtamudi, which flows through it. Chavara has many lakes and lagoons including Sasthamkota Lake

കൊല്ലത്തു നിന്നും 14 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയാണ് ചവറ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. കരിമണൽ സമ്പത്തിന് പേരു കേട്ട നാടാണ് ചവറ. ഇവിടുന്ന് പല രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേയ്ക്കും ടൈറ്റാനിയം കയറ്റി അയയ്ക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
